23phlove Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Members

Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age, or the legal minimum age for participating in online gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 23phlove does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity. If we have reason to believe a member is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 23phlove. Creating multiple accounts, including registering under a different name, email address, mobile number, or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds within them forfeited.

Accurate registration information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. The name on your 23phlove account must match your government-issued ID and your designated payment method exactly. Discrepancies may cause withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Identity verification. 23phlove reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include the Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID card, LTO driver's licence, PhilHealth card, Postal ID, and PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time will result in account restrictions.

Jurisdictional eligibility. It is your personal responsibility to confirm that using 23phlove is lawful in the location where you are accessing the platform. 23phlove does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. By registering, you represent that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

Not a politically exposed person or sanctioned individual. 23phlove complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Individuals who are politically exposed persons (PEPs) or are subject to international sanctions may be subject to additional verification requirements or restrictions.

Sole use of account. Your 23phlove account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials, allowing another person to access your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

Password and MPIN security. You are responsible for keeping your account password, OTPs, and any linked e-wallet MPINs (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) strictly confidential. 23phlove will never ask you to reveal your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share this information with anyone, including people claiming to be 23phlove staff.

Notification of unauthorised access. If you suspect that someone has accessed your 23phlove account without authorisation, you must notify member support immediately. 23phlove is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Device security. You are responsible for the security of the device used to access 23phlove. Ensure that devices are protected by PIN, fingerprint, or password access, and that you log out after each session on shared devices.

Accepted payment methods. 23phlove accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfers, PESONet bank transfers, online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, and Visa and Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Available channels may change; check the deposit section of your account for the current list.

Own funds only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts, cards, or e-wallets belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and the account restricted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits. Deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by 23phlove at any time. The applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction. Always verify the limits before initiating a transfer.

Reference numbers for bank transfers. When making a deposit via InstaPay or PESONet, you must use the exact reference number displayed by 23phlove during the transaction process. Transfers made without the correct reference number may not be credited automatically and will require manual review, which may take additional time. 23phlove is not responsible for self-inflicted delays caused by missing or incorrect reference numbers.

Credit and debit cards. Card deposits are subject to the terms of the issuing bank. Some card issuers may decline online gaming transactions independently of 23phlove. Contact your bank directly if a card deposit fails repeatedly.

No third-party or anonymous funding. 23phlove does not accept deposits from anonymous payment sources, cryptocurrency wallets, prepaid cards not linked to your registered identity, or any third-party payment channel. If such a payment is received, it may be returned and the relevant account investigated.

Verified accounts only. 23phlove processes withdrawal requests only from accounts that have completed identity verification. If your account is not yet verified, your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until you submit the required documents and verification is confirmed.

Return-to-source policy. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the total deposited amount through that method. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies regardless of your reason for requesting a different withdrawal destination.

Name matching. The account name on your designated withdrawal destination (GCash, Maya, or bank account) must match the full legal name on your 23phlove account and your verified ID exactly. Mismatches in name spelling, use of nicknames, or different name formats will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

Wagering requirements must be complete. If you have claimed a bonus and the associated wagering requirement is not yet fulfilled, the portion of your balance linked to that bonus may not be withdrawable. Review your bonus status in your account dashboard before submitting a withdrawal request.

Processing times. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers via InstaPay may arrive within hours; PESONet transfers may take one banking day. These are estimates and may vary based on third-party processing schedules and verification requirements. 23phlove is not responsible for delays on the part of banks or e-wallet providers once the transfer has been initiated from our side.

Right to request additional documentation. 23phlove reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is part of standard compliance procedures and does not imply wrongdoing. Failure to provide documents within the specified period will result in the withdrawal being held.

Promotional eligibility. Bonuses and promotions on 23phlove are offered at our sole discretion and may be changed, withdrawn, or replaced at any time. Each promotion has its own specific eligibility criteria, qualifying games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum stake per wager while using bonus funds, and expiry period.

Wagering requirements. Before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn from 23phlove, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means ₱15,000 must be staked on qualifying games before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.

Maximum bet rule during bonus play. While a bonus is active on your 23phlove account, there is typically a maximum permitted stake per round, spin, or bet. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Check the individual promotion terms for the applicable stake cap.

One bonus per promotion per member. Each promotion is available once per member per offer period unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through different accounts, payment methods, or devices constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

Bonus forfeiture for breach. If 23phlove determines that a member has violated bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or breached these general Terms in connection with a bonus, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it, and to close the member's account.

Expiry. Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any unclaimed or unused bonus that has passed its expiry date will be automatically removed from the member's account without notice. Wagering requirements that are not met before the bonus expires result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Acceptance of game results. All game results, sports betting outcomes, and virtual event results on 23phlove are final once settled. Technical disputes related to a specific game session must be raised with 23phlove member support within seven days of the relevant event. Disputes raised beyond this period will not be considered.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system outage, or game malfunction during an active session, 23phlove reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction will not be honoured. 23phlove will endeavour to restore the member's balance to the position immediately before the affected round where this is technically determinable.

Tongits and Pusoy rules. The rules governing Tongits and Pusoy card games on 23phlove are displayed within the game interface. Where a discrepancy exists between in-game guidance and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

Sports and Virtual Sports betting. Bets accepted on sporting events — including boxing, basketball, and virtual sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds and market availability are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is not valid until it is accepted and confirmed by the 23phlove system.

Jackpot Slots. Jackpot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Past results, visible near-wins, or displayed patterns have no bearing on the probability of future outcomes. 23phlove does not guarantee that any jackpot will be won within a specified period.

Right to restrict or close accounts. 23phlove reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the member has breached these Terms, is suspected of fraud, is engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false information, or for any other reason that we determine constitutes a risk to other members, to the integrity of the platform, or to our legal compliance obligations.

Closure at member request. You may request the closure of your 23phlove account at any time by contacting member support. If a balance remains in your account at the time of closure and no bonus is active, you may withdraw the balance prior to closure through your verified payment method. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable time period.

Self-exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gambling, 23phlove supports self-exclusion arrangements. Visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact member support to initiate a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be blocked from deposits, gameplay, and betting activities. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once initiated.

Balance on suspended accounts. If an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, the balance within that account will be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 23phlove reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance. Members will be informed of the outcome and, where applicable, the process for recovering any legitimate funds.

Entertainment only. 23phlove is intended purely as a form of entertainment. No game, bet, or prediction on this platform should be treated as a reliable source of income. Members should only ever stake money that they are genuinely prepared to lose, drawn exclusively from their personal entertainment budget.

Setting limits. 23phlove encourages all members to use available account tools to set deposit limits, time limits, and session reminders. These tools are most effective when configured before a session begins rather than during one. Limits set by the member will be enforced by the platform and cannot be increased immediately.

Recognising problem behaviour. Chasing losses, increasing stakes after a run of unfavourable results, gambling while under financial stress, neglecting daily responsibilities to play, and using essential household funds to deposit are all warning signs of gambling-related harm. 23phlove provides guidance and referral information on the Responsible Gaming page for members who recognise these patterns in themselves.

Protection of minors. Adults are responsible for ensuring that children and young persons in their household cannot access 23phlove. This includes securing devices, hiding saved passwords, and protecting access to e-wallet apps such as GCash and Maya that may be linked to a 23phlove account.

23phlove collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a 23phlove account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used to manage your account, verify your identity, process payments, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account and our services. 23phlove does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. 23phlove provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of some or all services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 23phlove's liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the value of the member's verified account balance at the time the claim arises. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 23phlove's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part.

23phlove may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change that significantly affects member rights or payment conditions — we will notify registered members via the email address on file or through an on-platform notification.

Continued use of 23phlove after any updated version of these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of those updates. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request closure of your account before the updated Terms take effect.

The date shown at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of 23phlove, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of the Philippines and the relevant regulatory framework under which 23phlove operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
